We employ a multi-step quality control process: factory audits before production, pre-production sample approval, during-production inspections (DUPRO), pre-shipment inspections (PSI), and container loading checks. We provide detailed photo/video reports and can arrange third-party testing (SGS, BV, Intertek) when required.
MOQs vary by product and supplier. Standard factory MOQs are typically 500-1,000 units, but we negotiate lower MOQs for startups and small businesses — sometimes as low as 50-100 units for existing designs. Custom products with OEM/ODM usually require higher MOQs. We always find solutions that match your business size.
Sample production: 7-15 days. Bulk production: 15-45 days depending on quantity and complexity. Shipping: Express (3-7 days), Air freight (5-10 days), Sea freight (20-45 days). A typical order from initial inquiry to delivery takes 45-90 days. We provide a detailed timeline for each project.
Product Sourcing — Payments & Logistics
We typically work with 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. For larger orders, we can negotiate Letter of Credit (L/C) terms. Payment methods include bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal (small orders), Western Union, and trade assurance platforms. We never ask for full payment upfront.
Yes. We offer end-to-end logistics: EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) options. We work with major freight forwarders to get competitive rates, handle export clearance, arrange shipping (sea, air, express), and can assist with import customs clearance and delivery to your door in your home country.
Our quality control process minimizes this risk, but if issues arise, we handle it immediately: we negotiate with the supplier for replacements, refunds, or credit notes. All shipments are insured. We document everything with photos before shipment, so claims are resolved quickly. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
We take IP protection seriously. We can arrange Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with factories before sharing your designs. We work with trusted suppliers who respect OEM/ODM confidentiality. For patented products, we recommend registering your IP in China through our legal partners to prevent counterfeiting.
